One thing about this checkbox: I think you should put it above the “Submit Comment” button. THe reason for this is that I have low-res monitor and I haven’t even noticed this checkbox when commented one of your posts here, I’ve just clicked “Submit Comment” and that’s it. I was disappointed 
I think this is smth from usability…
