If somebody cannot answer clearly on your question, he/she either doesn’t know the answer or the answer is not so nice.

I was talking about some general answers everyday answers. Personal questions still stay personal.

What about questions regarding your monthly income or private-private-private life? You know the answer, let’s assume it is nice….so….ummm……would you tell the truth?
