Trevor wrote a great post Do you know where your wells are?

It’s a great point to think about. I know some people that really work hard, and for them work is everything. As managers they are really great, but as persons most often they are unhappy. Their world is business. They don’t know where their wells are.
There is one very good rule that I took from 3M company. Sure there were exclusions, but in general – if you cannot do everything at time, then you planed your working day bad. And it’s important, because you have to have some time for yourself! Time when you can relax and do whatever you want. And also you can use this time just to think. Think about your well.
